Call notes
Typed fast into whatever was open, then never found again.
A quiet Mac app for projects, notes and tasks. Write freely under each project, and every open task lands in one list. It works offline, with no account needed.
You are on the list. You will hear when Rawform is ready.
Call notes, half-written specs and loose tasks end up scattered across apps and folders, cut off from the work they belong to.
Typed fast into whatever was open, then never found again.
The draft in one folder, its decisions in another, and its tasks nowhere.
Agreed on a call, written in a note, and forgotten by Friday.
Rawform is built around three things: projects, notes and tasks. Everything you write sits under the work it belongs to.
Each project is a workspace with its own cover, its own tasks and as many notes as it needs. The work and everything written about it sit in one place.
Write them in Rawform or drag in a text file. Each one lives under its project, and any of them can be exported as markdown.
A task can stand on its own or sit inside a note. Either way it rolls up to one list of everything open, across every project. Nothing hides in a silo.
Tap the sparkle on any project and Rawform reads its notes and tasks back to you: the themes, the decisions and the threads still open.
Pick up a project you left weeks ago without rereading every note.
Copy the summary into a chat and start with the context already in place.
Give someone the state of a project in one page, with the open threads named.
Rawform is local-first. It runs as a native Mac app and keeps everything on your machine first.
Write, plan and tick things off on a train or a plane. Nothing waits on a server.
There is nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start with a project or a task.
Sign in with a magic link to keep your projects in step across Macs. Sync is a layer on top, never a requirement.
A native app for macOS. It works fully offline, with no account needed.
Your synced projects in any browser, for the times you are away from your Mac.
You are on the list. You will hear when Rawform is ready.
No. Rawform works on your Mac with no account. You only sign in, with a magic link sent to your email, if you want your projects to sync across Macs.
Yes, fully. Everything is saved on your Mac first. When you are back online, sync picks up where it left off.
Into one list. A task can sit inside a note or stand on its own, and either way it appears in All tasks alongside every other open task, across every project.
Plain markdown. Drag in a .md or .txt file to make a note from it, and export any note back out as a markdown file.
When you tap the sparkle, the notes and tasks of that one project are sent to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to write the summary. Nothing is sent until you tap it, and the rest of Rawform never leaves your Mac unless you turn on sync.
Not yet. Rawform is a Mac app first. A web version is in development, so your synced projects will also open in a browser.
Soon. Leave your email above and you will hear the day the Mac app is ready.
